Order Processing Time All orders placed through the Sikka Paints official website are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders during a sale or extreme weather conditions, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Because paint is a heavy and liquid product, shipping costs are determined based on the total weight of the buckets and the destination address.

Handling of Liquid and Chemical Products Paints, primers, and chemicals require special handling and packaging to prevent leaks or damage during transit. Sikka Paints partners with specialized courier services equipped to transport liquid materials safely to your doorstep.
Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages or Leaks During Transit While we pack our products securely, if you receive a damaged or leaking paint bucket, please contact us immediately at info@sikkapaints.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
