Frequently Asked Questions
Find quick answers to your questions regarding our paint products, orders, shipping, and application processes.
Exterior paints are formulated with flexible resins and UV protectants to withstand harsh weather conditions, direct sunlight, and moisture. Interior paints contain stiffer resins designed to resist scrubbing, staining, and daily wear and tear. It is highly recommended never to use interior paint outside, and vice versa, to ensure proper health safety and longevity.
You can easily calculate your paint requirements using our built-in Paints Calculator on the website. As a general rule, one liter of standard emulsion covers approximately 70 square feet for a double coat. Simply measure the length, width, and height of your room, and deduct the area for doors and windows to get your net paintable area.
Most of our water-based interior emulsions are touch-dry within 30 to 60 minutes, and ready for a second coat in 3 to 4 hours. However, oil-based enamels and specialized wood polishes may take 6 to 8 hours to become touch-dry and require up to 24 hours before applying the next coat. Humidity and temperature can affect these drying times.
